Proxmox LXC Container Connectivity Problem

Hello! I have 2 proxmox LXC containers connected to a standard Linux bridge. The containers are running Ubuntu 24.04, the first container works great and has the same configuration as the second one except it is assigned a different static ip obviously. For whatever reason, on the second LXC container, I am able to ping 1.1.1.1 and google.com fine so the internet is not a problem, but as soon as I run something like curl or apt update, it times out and ultimately fails, this is the log here. But this randomly fixes itself, I have the firewall disabled on both containers (otherwise the wifi does not work, I also have no idea why that's happening). To me, it seems like a DNS issue but I have 2 namesevers set up in resolv.conf (1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8) both of which are pingable and my DNS domain is set to proxmox.com. Any ideas as to whats going on here? I realize I haven't given much information but I'm not sure what else there is to give. This problem just randomly started happening, I don't ever remember doing anything when all of a sudden I had to disable the firewall to get anything to work and now I'm having this problem. Thanks!
