I am trying eagerly to install Proxmox 7.0-2 on my Lenovo workstation P620 without success... After setting up the installer and launching the process, it get stuck at the beginning displaying "cleanup root-disks". I have 2 SSDs. The install process seems stuck at the very start. I cannot find any similar issues online. Any ideas?

You could boot a live linux and run wipefs or use a partition tool of your choice to erase the partition table. MAybe then PVE doesn't need to cleanup the disks.

Ok, it worked after I let the machine in this "cleanup root-disks" state overnight. I guess it took a very long time. All good now, Proxmox is up and running. :)
