Proxmox install on Minisforum ms-01

I've just received my MS-01 and testing PVE9 and I'm seeing something weird where when I install additional NVMe SSD, the setup fails to boot. I've been troubleshooting this for a few days and it looks like this is related to the additional NVMe SSDs. What am I missing here?

Any Error Message, any Log we can work with? Which settings?
Otherwise it will be hard to help.

Yep sorry, it just give me a "error: you need to load the kernel first"
I have the boot SSD on the m2/u2 port and 2 ssds on the other two.
Bios default settings. Secure boot enabled.

Ok so that second SSD probably had conflicting partition (or else) that made the MS-01 unsure where to boot it seems.
I wiped the disk, reinstalled in the MS-01 and setup as a single ZFS drive and it works fine after several reboots.
