Proxmox in Contabo - VM hasn´t internet

Hi, I've been struggling for 3 days and trying to set up the network in different ways, I don't know what to do anymore

My VM (linux or windows) does not have internet or probably because Contabo does not allow access to other MAC addresses than the legacy server? Could I ask someone more experienced for advice on how to set up the network? I'm a newbie.

Now I have a clean install, what should I do? Thanks!

iface eth0 inet manual

iface vmbr0 inet static
        address [IP OF MY DEDIC]/19
        gateway 161.97.128.1

Maybe you find "contabo" via the search function in this forum.

If not: probably "NAT" might help: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Network_Configuration#sysadmin_network_masquerading

Edit: is it really "address [IP OF MY DEDIC]/19"? That network contains 8190 computers...

when I set it up according to the instructions, the server can no longer be connected and I have to reinstall
