Proxmox Implementation and O&M in Mozambique Region

Hello I am looking for a partner that could help me implement and Operate and Maintain the Proxmox VE Software in the country of Mozambique.
I am working for a big project which is now being implemented by the Ministry of Interior of Mozambique.

Because O&M is based on Mozambique interested company should at least be in South Africa.
I don't know there are Proxmox Partner is South Africa
