Hello,

With my proxmox, the console crashes every time after approx. 20 - 40 seconds with this error.
In addition, my remote ssh connection to this host always crashes.

i don't know if this has anything to do with it, but with my newly installed vms i can no longer access the console via proxmox after a certain time.
i had this problem before and reinstalled proxmox completely. but i still have this problem. Can you help me?

here is my route from my maschine to the host:
Code:

With my proxmox, the console crashes every time after approx. 20 - 40 seconds with this error.
Pure suspicion: you have two computers (this PVE and another, unknown device) fighting for the same IP address. Use another one.

Servers like PVE should be configured statically, post cat /etc/network/interfaces if that's a problem.

i have made sure that this does not happen and to my knowledge i have no double ip allocation.
Also i have a static konfiguration.
but maybe my network config is wrong here it is:

Code:
root@prx-prod-1:~# cat /etc/network/interfaces
# network interface settings; autogenerated
# Please do NOT modify this file directly, unless you know what
# you're doing.
#
# If you want to manage parts of the network configuration manually,
# please utilize the 'source' or 'source-directory' directives to do
# so.
# PVE will preserve these directives, but will NOT read its network
# configuration from sourced files, so do not attempt to move any of
# the PVE managed interfaces into external files!

Thank you very much for your help!

The interfaces configuration looks fine.

Just two generic notes: 1) the naming convention is inconsistent - vmbr254 should be 250. 2) a bridge is not required to have an IP address. The vast majority of my bridges don't as networks are connected by a router, not by the PVE host.

Sorry, no help for your actual problem...
