Proxmox HA Cluster

Hi,

is it possible to run a Proxmox VE HA Cluster with 1x Master and 1x Slave?


Server A is the Master Server and if the A fails Server B acts as the A (master)

Our Cluster code does not have a Master/Slave concept - all nodes are equal.

The answer is yes, with limitations...

From the link that tom posted earlier, read closely the first bullet point under "System Requirements" and follow the link:

Note that, with certain limitations, 2-node configuration is also possible (Two-Node High Availability Cluster).

I currently am running a 2-node cluster following the instructions in the link. But as it says, there are limitations and it's better to eventually have 3 in the cluster.
