Proxmox doesn't keep emails while a mail server offline

Hello guys,

I use Proxmox mail gateway 5.2.2

I also use Zimbra Suite as a mail server that stays behind PMG .
PMG works fine, that’s a great tool as a mail gateway.

Unfortunately, the Zimbra stays offline from time to time. At that moment all incoming emails don’t keep on PMG.
After Zimbra gets online no incoming mail I can see.

How can I change settings on PMG in order not to lose all incoming emails?

Where appropriate settings are located?

Please post the logs from PMG from a time where mails got lost - usually PMG keeps the mails for quite a long while before giving up on them (days)

Unfortunately, the log hasn't been saved since Zimbra works without a crash currently.

5 days is the default (there is no gui for changing this).
