Proxmox do not backup VM and delete all backup on cluster.

Hi all,

We had a problem recently: all VMs in the cluster were not backed up (or had backups but only some of the VMs in the cluster were backed up, the rest were not).
It used to work fine, but recently we've been having this problem frequently.
The backup jobs seem to be having problems. Previous backups will be automatically deleted from backup storage, and new copies will not be backed up.
If I back up manually, I can still back up the entire VM, but by the time the backup run is configured before, it won't back up all the VMs in the cluster.

Hi,
please share the output of pveversion -v and please check the task logs on the PBS side (do you have a prune job there?). The log tells you INFO: skip external VMs: ... which means that the VMs are on a different node and thus cannot handled by the backup job on this node.
