Proxmox Backup Server - Agents Supported?

Hi,

I understand that Proxmox Backup Server supports backup of physical servers. What Operating Systems are physical servers are supported?

Like:
Windows 2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019
Centos / RHEL 6 / 7 / 8
Ubuntu: 16.04 / 18.04 / 20.04
Debian's?

Please let me know

Hi,

currently, Linux based Filesystems are supported for file level backup.

The client can be used as is on Debian Buster, we'll look into providing packages for other Distributions/Versions in the near future, for the record, there's already a client packaged for the Arch Linux User Repository (AUR).

Clients for other OS are on the roadmap.
