Hello,
I have problems installing Proxmox on my server with an LSI card running in IT mode.
It is an LSI SAS2308, it is recognized correctly in RAID mode but not in IT mode.
I think I have the error that was already described here (https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/s...-11-22-issue-with-lsi-2008-controllers.93781/) and would have to increase the value of "mpt3sas.max_queue_depth" to 1000.

How can I give this value directly during installation? Unfortunately, I only have this card and all hard drives are attached here.

Thank you

I think I only need to change the grub.cfg file in the /boot/grub directory in the installation media. However, it is an HFS+ file system that I can only mount in read-only mode. Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this?

You can press then e key in the menu (while Intall Proxmox VE is selected) and add kernel parameters after rw quiet splash=silent. Try adding mpt3sas.max_queue_depth=1000 (separate it from other parameters with at least one space) and then press Ctrl-x or F10 to boot with those extra parameters.
