Please explain in more detail. Which machine doesn't come up after reset/reboot (host or guest)? What is your setup?

Please check your installation as it says in the pveversion output that "ksm-control-daemon: not correctly installed", should give a version number too. Also does this behavior occur on the CLI too?

Do a "apt-get update" and "apt-get dist-upgrade", follow the instructions, it should tell you the commands to use for installing packages that apt might see as not installed correctly. There exists a package with this name.

Your Proxmox repositories are not configured correctly, due to not using a subscription. To resolve this either, you buy a subscription to get access to the enterprise repositories or you change them to the no-subscription one.

Do a "apt-get update" and "apt-get dist-upgrade", follow the instructions
Now please try again the quoted procedure, it should install new versions of some packages.

Which VM do you want to reset? A VM inside the Proxmox GUI or Proxmox itself?

Hi,

Both from inside the VM when using "reboot" command or rest from GUI it happens with all KVM at all node Proxmox 5.

I have 5 servers with Proxmox 4 not have this issue.
