Proxmox 4.2 Nested Virtualization

Hello!
I want to run such hypervizors as vsphere, xenserver and hyper-v on proxmox as nested virtualization. I found this link: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Nested_Virtualization

So, can i do that on production proxmox server without restart?
There are text: "reload the kernel module modprobe -r kvm-amd or modprobe kvm-amd"
If i will reload kernel module, will all VM will continue running?

Hi,

yes you can activate nested without restart,
but you have to turn off all KVM VM with Hardware virtualization.
Hyper-V you can't run as nested.
