proxmox 1.4 no vzdump --restore?

to backup OpenVZ and KVM - use vzdump.
to restore:
for OpenVZ use: vzrestore
for KVM, use: qmrestore
there are man pages for all commands (man vzrestore, ...)
we need to divide this to keep vzdump usable for non Proxmox VE users.
