Hi,
the international forum is meant for using English, while I can understand that it's easier to write in your native tongue, it'd be still appreciated if you could use English here, thanks!
You can assign the cores more often to a VM, but you cannot assign more virtual cores that there are physical ones to any single VM. For example, if you have 4 CPU cores on the host, you could create 3 VMs each having 4 cores, but you cannot create one VM with 5 (or more) cores.
With memory, the total sum of the one used for VM must not exceed the total available one from the host. In other words, it cannot be over committed, and you need to leave some GiB for the Proxmox VE host itself.
