Problem with KVM after upgrade

after apt-get upgrade to 1.0 version I have a trouble with KVM
when starting machine they got error

/etc/init.d/qemu-server start
Starting Qemu VM 301

did you reboot after update?

what do you get here?

comment lines with

ok, you do not installed the new packages so its quite clear that problems occurs...

apt-get update - runs ok
apt-get upgrade - runs ok
but I have that error
