The user defines the mails that come to him as spam in the white list. Like *@xyz.com.
But e-mails from xyz.com are still perceived as spam for the same user.
User whitelist feature not working.
the mail is (I assume) not rejected because of SpamAssassin score (this is 0), but because it matches one of the other conditions in your modified 'Spam (Level 3)' What object ...
I am stuggeling with the same thing... and I haven't found where I can bypass spam checks for the user whitelist... the only "solution" I have found to globally whitelist those senders - which is not very elegant
