problem with email addresses in user's whitelist

Hi,
The user defines the mails that come to him as spam in the white list. Like *@xyz.com.
But e-mails from xyz.com are still perceived as spam for the same user.
User whitelist feature not working.

Am I making a setting error?
 
please share a screenshot of the list-entries which seem not to work
and also the logs for the mails which you think should match - but do not match

The mails get put into quarantine from the rule "Quarantine/Mark (Spamlevel 3)" - however they do not have a spamassassin-score of 3...

something is off in your rules - check the rule in question - and make sure that the correct what object is set...
 
I wrote a rule in 1-2 places externally.
If there is a special screen you want, I can share it.
I can give the server access information :)

The one screenshot which is missing - is the one of your rules - with the rule "Quarantine/Mark (Spamlevel 3)" selected..
