Problem with cluster.rng

When I add a node shows this message:

I'm encountering the same after a clean install, when initializing the cluster:

This is just a warning - you can ignore that.

cluster not ready - no quorum?

Seems there is a problem with cluster communications. All nodes needs to be on the same physical network. And your switch needs to support IP multicast.
