Problem migrating Win Server 2019 from ESXi 7 to Proxmox

Hello everybody.

I try to import one Windows Server 2019 from ESXi 7 to Proxmox but I can't make it through until now.
I have a machine with the specific hardware.


After importing to Proxmox the hardware look like



But when I first boot the machine I get the error



I try to 4 times until now and I get the same error.

Also I check on youtube video tutorial show here just to find out if I do something wrong but I can't figure out anything.
Also I try to do the steps show here but nothing change.

Any idea what is going wrong?
Any help?

12 tries until now and nothing.
I think I stop trying cuz I bother with it for 3 weeks now.
I Install everything from scratch, I think I will save more time and money.

This should provide all Information you need. Have you tried IDE / SATA Disk Controller ?

At the first picture, the VM in VMware has 16 core and 100GB memory, but at secondary picture the cpu and memory is reduced to 6 core and 39.06 GB? Why? Did you tried reseted up both resources to match original VMware's setting?

I try to migrate to one older server.
But I have try also with the same settings and not working
