Problem installing windows 8

Hello,

I want to install windows 8 on my Proxmox server but when I choose the processor qemu64 it tells me "Your PC need to restart ..."

When I choose the processor "Host" error is no longer displayed but the installation restarts loop.

Do you have a solution?

maybe can you try with last kvm 1.2, in pvetest repository ?

I have a same problem with :


# PVE packages provided by proxmox.com deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian squeeze pvetest

and

apt-get update and upgrade.

The upgrade is Ok but i have a same problem with windows 8.

I assume you install from an window 8 ISO image? if not, how do you install?

Yes i use an windows 8 ISO image.

check if you ISO image is ok (e.g. md5sum)
