Problem after Update

hello,

i have updated proxmox from 3.3 to 4.1 now i have this problem:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
clvm : Depends: libdlm3 but it is not going to be installed
libapt-pkg-perl : Depends: perlapi-5.14.2 but it is not installable
libcrypt-ssleay-perl : Depends: perlapi-5.14.2 but it is not installable

i cant start proxmox, please help me,, for a soution i will pay you.
