Pre-install issues

Hi

I have never used proxmox before but i cant get a clear answer from the web. so i thought id ask.

the system inquestion is a 5900x/32gb ram/1080ti. lots of hard drives spinning with media, a 2tb 990pro nvme, and a 512gb pm9a1 nvme.
i have always used windwos and i use virtualbox to host :
-pihole
-homeassistant.
i also use windows to host
-plex
-jellyfin
-jdownloader2


I have wiped my 512gb drive and installed proxmox.
-i followed a script to install homeassistant and i think its working


I now need to do the following
-have a windows install using VM i think. I need this to be able to access hard drives, so I dont think I can go to ext4
-have a plex install such that it can use the ntfs drives as well as the windows install
-install pihole (i will use dietpi for this as thats how ive done it in vb)


can this be done? specifically sharing ntfs drives across a container (plex im told is better using debian container which i can download direct from proxmox)

any help before i wipe my windows install completely.
