Hello. I have PMX VE, two virtual machines on it (FREENAS and PFSENSE). Also i have crontab on PMX to switch off server at noon (/sbin/shutdown -h now) When cron is working pfsense machine is going switch off but freenas reboot instead switch off. If i change in freenas vm processor settings type from kvm 64 to qemu64, machine switch off ok. But in this case after 2 vm's is shutdown, PMX doesn't power off. Help me to resolve this problem.

There is no reason that changing the cpu type of a guest should prevent the powering off of the host (note that it can take time)
Just hook a screen or a serial console on your PVE host, and see what is diplayed.

after command /sbin/shutdown -h now on PMX terminal i can see the many lines and the last one line "Reached target shutdown." But server doesn't power off. I was waiting about 30 minutes with no result
