Hi all, I'm going to install postsrsd and setup it to work with latest pmg. this daemon should help us with well known forwarding problems with SPF, that are now affecting some of our users that have old style .forward on the inbox servers. do you know of problems with this type of integration? with pmg filters, spamassassin, clamav and all other pmg components, now that this mail server is in production i've to be really careful. many thanks, francesco
Honestly, I disabled SPF on all instances of PMG. There are too much admins, also of big companies, including one larger CA, which is not aware of what they recently set in a SPF record and forgot about, so they get blocked. SPF is fine, but it's similar as PGP/GPG: once tried and didn't use any more lateron result in admins forgetting about and result in false positives. So use SPF (as set by PMG) for tagging possible spam, but don't use to reject.
