[SOLVED] postfix keeps trying old email address

Hi,

My root user has an email address configured, i changed it, but i still see postfix trying to connect to the old email domain. Why does this keep happening?

Maybe this is due to postfix trying to send old emails that failed?

I just figured out they were in the deferred queue, which happens to mail when it fails to send. This deferred queue is then retried every so often. You can check your deferred queue with qshape deferred and then clear the queue with postsuper -d ALL deferred
