Possible VA's

OpenMeetings: I dunno where you are seeing no releases this year, the last release was in May. Yes it is still beta, but it's core functionality is quite stable, and it is under active developement. There is a vmware appliance already if you want to see it in action. If it is too early keep an eye on it then, I think this will be a popular project in the future as there are few open source alternatives.

I rechecked the releases, you are right. I will test openmeetings if it fits in our system.

My template wishlist:
- Zarafa A really excellent linux alternative to Exchange that I prefer to Zimbra or Scalix
- ZenOs monitoring
- Webmin comes in handy!
- Bluequartz or other free hostingpanel
- Cpanel ?

All applications that will lure hostingproviders ;)

Zenoss is now available,

Talks are started with Zarafa, but they are slow.

My personal list (all open source):

Pentaho | BI Suite - http://www.pentaho.com/
OpenReports | Reporting Solution - http://www.oreports.com/
Zabbix | NMS/Monitoring System - http://www.zabbix.com/
DokuWiki | Wiki + no DB server required - http://www.dokuwiki.org/
phpBB | Forum software - http://www.phpbb.com/
BackupPC | Backup Server - http://backuppc.sourceforge.net/
ZoneMinder | Surveillance system - http://www.zoneminder.com/
DimDim | Web Meeting platform - http://www.dimdim.com/
OpenBravo | Web-based ERP - http://www.openbravo.com/
pfSense | Firewall - http://www.pfsense.com/

Pentaho is great, but if you are looking only for reporting feature OpenReports is more simple and easy to use.

I prefer Zabbix instead of Zenoss because I found it more easy to config and manage.

DokuWiki is also great and consume less resources then MediaWiki. All your data is storage in plan files that you can read without need your entire Wiki server up and running.

phpBB only because is free. I prefer vBulletin :)

There is lots of very good open source projects outside to be implemented as a VA inside Proxmox.

Just my 2 cents ;)
