Possible to share mouse pointer with spice viewer so I do not have to press Ctrl + Alt + R everytime I need to get out of viewer screen ? I could not find something in spice documents.

you just need to install spice guest tools in your guest. see http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/SPICE
