Hey Guys.

Ok so i've been playing around with Proxmox Mail Gateway and been having a lot of fun with it so far, Working GREAT, and surprisingly accurate with the little emails running through it.
The only issue I am having, is that I have set the second PMG server up in the main one's cluster, and it synced wonderfully... The only problem is that if I shut down the main gateway it does not deliver to the second...

So i've setup mx records for the domain
0 pmg.domain.tld
10 failover.domain.tld

But when I shut down pmg.domain deliveries start to fail with errors on the remote host "No route to host" so I am not sure if I misconfigured the DNS, or if Proxmox is refusing the connection...

Please help :D

did you try to connect to you failover via an external host? (e.g. with telnet/nc)
does 'failover.domain.tld' correctly resolve to its ip on an external host?

Ok so interestingly enough, I can telnet from the main gateway, and from externally... That seems to be fine
