I try to track emails and everything I check throws this error. It doesn't matter the number of days or number of emails to check, in less than 10 seconds it throws this error.

Mail Gateway 7.1-1
CPU - 4 vCores
Ram: 5GB
HD: 22gb used mechanic

Example:
command '/usr/bin/pmg-log-tracker -v -l 2000 -s 1712923620 -e 1712977200 -n -g -t xxx@xxxx.com' failed: got timeout (500)

Questions:
Is there a way to solve this error?
How is the database reindexed so that the search improves?
How can you clean the log so that it only saves 1 week of emails?
Is there a way to extend the timeout? It is understood that there are queries that may take several minutes.

Mail Gateway 7.1-1
your version is quite heavily outdated - update to the latest 7.3 as soon as possible - also consider upgrading to PMG 8.1 soon:

https://pmg.proxmox.com/wiki/index.php/Upgrade_from_7_to_8

How is the database reindexed so that the search improves?
There is no database for the tracking center - the information is taken from /var/log/syslog and the rotated variants (/var/log/syslog.1, /var/log/syslog.2.gz,....) - make sure your logrotate configuration is setup correctly and that the files get rotated often enough

How can you clean the log so that it only saves 1 week of emails?
With the logrotate configuration
https://manpages.debian.org/bookworm/logrotate/logrotate.8.en.html

I hope this helps!
