Hi!
We now have two business partners, which are not able to send mails to us. We use a Zimbra mail server and PMG as spam gateway.
When analyzing why this mail traffic does not get received I first checked in the Tracking Center of PMG but I saw nothing.
Next I went to /var/log/mail.log and there I see the following:
After some time the sending user gets a mail from his mail server: "Warning! Message XYZ delayed 4 hours. No action is required. Delivery attempts will continue..."
He sent this delay message to me via WhatsApp because mail does not work.
However there is a really big business partner where we also have this problem now, starting this week:
(192.168.2.5 is the internal IP address of our PMG)
I tried with both partners to use my private mail address (iCloud), it worked fine!
Is there anything I can do on the configuration of our PMG?
What's could be the reason, that these mail servers do not send mail to us?
All other mail traffic seems to be running fine and normal, we have this setup running for more than 2 years now.
