Thanks to this typical proxmox error I have tried to migrate the damn disk twice with same useless result!
Why does stuff like this continually happen on freshly installed clusters? I don't get it...

drive-scsi3: transferred 446.8 GiB of 450.0 GiB (99.28%) in 10m 19s
drive-scsi3: transferred 450.0 GiB of 450.0 GiB (100.00%) in 10m 20s, ready
all 'mirror' jobs are ready
drive-scsi3: Completing block job_id...
drive-scsi3: Completed successfully.
drive-scsi3: mirror-job finished
TASK ERROR: storage migration failed: unable to open file '/etc/pve/nodes/pve02/qemu-server/211.conf.tmp.3611451' - Permission denied <-----I don't give a crap. MIGRTAGE THE DAMN DISK AS ASKED! SO I CAN PULL THE OLD STORAGE OUT!

drive-scsi3: transferred 450.0 GiB of 450.0 GiB (100.00%) in 6m 25s, ready
all 'mirror' jobs are ready
drive-scsi3: Completing block job_id...
drive-scsi3: Completed successfully.
drive-scsi3: mirror-job finished
TASK ERROR: storage migration failed: unable to open file '/etc/pve/nodes/pve02/qemu-server/211.conf.tmp.746708' - Permission denied

EPIC!

that error indicates your cluster was not (or rather, no longer) quorate at the end of the disk migration - there really is nothing we can do at this point to 'persist' the moved disk, as this node is effectively in 'read-only' mode at this point. I'd take a look at the logs (especially those of pve-cluster/pmxcfs and corosync) to see what's going on - are you sharing the cluster network with other usages (such as guest traffic, or storage uplink?)
