Performance issue with Proxmox 4.1 (updated) - high IO delay

hello to all proxmox users,
just install fresh proxmox 4.1 (ext4) of course last updates etc, move some vms to test and we release that it has a huge delay

we use dell servers with ddr4 memory 128gb and above, raid 10 sata disks with raid controller p730mini with 2gb cache
also for your information
we have proxmox 3.4 (ext4) with a lot vms and we don't have any problem so far.

any information how to troubleshooting help a lot

maybe it is a reason ?

lspci | grep -i raid

i use the raid controller Dell PERC H730P Mini
why proxmox don't recognize as is ;
