pct --keep-env defaults to 1 on PVE 9.2

Hi all,

according to the official documentation of pct enter, the option --keep-env was to be disabled with PVE 9:

Keep the current environment. This option will disabled by default with PVE 9. If you rely on a preserved environment, please use this option to be future-proof.

I guess this comes from https://lists.proxmox.com/pipermail/pve-devel/2024-February/061692.html and understand this as "--keep-env no longer defaults to 1".
But on my PVE 9.2.11 hosts, pct enter still defaults to --keep-env 1.

Is this by design / a conscious decision, or is this a bug? Was the new default just pushed a bit further?
