PBS error during installation

After trying to install obs on a dell R510 getting the following error when starting the install

* which iso image did you use? did you verify the checksum?

* how much storage space does your disk have available?

The hard drive had another system installed. Apparently for some unknown reason this was causing the problem. After formatting the hard drive and leaving it at 0.
Pbs installed without further problems.
