Paid Subscription but NO Updates

Hi people, hoping someone can shed some light on this. I think the problem is on the accounting end where perhaps they forgot to update that we've paid for the support renewal. When I asked them about this, they sent me here. Our contract renewal is about the time that it started failing. The output from the update refresh is:
