After the latest dist-upgrade I am getting a red box in console with following message and the server does not start:

I am using Firefox 60.0.2 (64-bit) Linux. <<<< NOT OK
Changed to a Windows machine with latest Chrome (Version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit)). <<<<< OK
