I am using proxmox 1.5 with a highly recommended raid 10 controller that one of the developers had mentioned to me on this forum.
We have 4 drives running at 10,000rpms and we are only getting seek times of 120. I would think they should be better than that.
Someone took a look at our servers and suggested that it was the Virtual Machines slowing it down.
Is there a way to make my seek time faster?

I ran without VMs at root of Proxmox, and ran on each VM

Without VMs = 2147483648 bytes (2.1 GB) copied, 6.53183 s, 329 MB/s
With VM Webserver = 2147483648 bytes (2.1 GB) copied, 7.28085 seconds, 295 MB/s
With VM Mysql Server = 2147483648 bytes (2.1 GB) copied, 57.3663 seconds, 37.4 MB/s

So it appears to be something in my Mysql Server. How could I trouble shoot this to find out why this is happening?

results of 'pveperf'?
