Hi,
before you install a package you can read the changelog in the GUI.
or
zcat /usr/share/doc/pve-kernel-4.4.44-1-pve/changelog.Debian.gz

i forgett to look at the GUI. zcat is nice, but to late, since i have to install the Kernel before.

we also extract the changelog file of each package and host it alongside. e.g., the changelog for http://download.proxmox.com/debian/...4/pve-kernel-4.4.44-1-pve_4.4.44-84_amd64.deb is available at http://download.proxmox.com/debian/...4/pve-kernel-4.4.44-1-pve_4.4.44-84.changelog
