Try a better browser like Firefox, and accep java questions about "let the code run" (can't be more specific, I'm on GNU/Linux now and I've no M$OS in my home). I see a "certificate error" on top of your window, is not a good sign (but don't use IE, so can't tell for sure).

I try IE 8, firefox, google crome, but not work

you are running an unsupported mix of kernel and kvm modules, therefore it cannot work.

looks like you want to run the 2.6.32 kernel branch but you still run the 2.6.18 kernel.

solution:
make sure you boot the 2.6.32 kernel. either edit /boot/grub/menu.lst or just remove the 2.6.18 kernel with aptitude or apt.
