You should be more careful when answering questions. Seems you removed most packages during the upgrade.
Please try to repair using:

# apt-get install proxmox-ve-2.6.32

Thank you very much for your help. much appreciate, i will try this. I just did upgrade from UPDATES tab (even i had stop first VMs) like i have done it many many times in past.

Depending on installed packages, that sometimes asks question what you want to do exactly. apt-get always ask before it remove things.

I'm having the exact same issue. I too did use the UPDATES tab, the VNC window just disappeared. Now have no access to web interface.

I can ssh in and the output of pveversion -v is pretty much the sam as the op.

When I try running apt-get install proxmox-ve-2.6.32 i get:

E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?

Please advise.

Seem there is another dpkg process running. Use 'ps auxww' to find it, then try to kill that process.

Below is what I did. All is fine now. I'm never updating from the web interface again :)

Code:
# fuser /var/lib/dpkg/lock /var/lib/apt/lists/lock
/var/lib/dpkg/lock: 728564

# fuser -k /var/lib/dpkg/lock /var/lib/apt/lists/lock
/var/lib/dpkg/lock: 728564

# apt-get install proxmox-ve-2.6.32
E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.

# dpkg --configure -a
