Hello,

We are currently trying to test your VM environment.
Unfortunately, we are encountering serious problems right from the start.

We want to run software on it that is licensed by hard disk serial number and processor ID.
Unfortunately, none of the required things are displayed on the virtual machine with WIN 2019 Server.
Your VM tools have been installed on the WIN 2019 Server. However, this has not provided a solution.

This topic does come up from time to time, but is not really in the mainstream of the requirements. For that reason its not well documented and is driven mostly by enthusiasts. Specifically those in the gaming field, ie https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/anti-cheat-kvm-settings.121249/

The Qemu Guest Agent is not meant to help in this particular situation. You'd really need to understand what the software expects from you and then try various options, some of them quiet low level, to see if you can "cheat" the checks.

Are you coming from another hypervisor or directly from bare-metal install? Is the vendor not willing to help?
