New openvz templates

Where can I download Proxmox compatible OpenVZ templates and how can I import them?
Specifically I am looking for Ubuntu 12.04 template.

You'll find templates at http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Get_Virtual_Appliances and at http://wiki.openvz.org/Download/templates/precreated ( including Ubuntu 12.04 LTS )
