Network problem after rolling back snapshot

Hi guys! I have 2 Windows Server 2016 (App and DB) They have been worked for 2 weeks, but after rolling back snapshots, network of App Server doesn't work properly. DB server could ping App, but App couldn't. Nothing changed in network part. How can I check open vswitch part?
 
Hi,

is this snapshot with state (running)? If yes I guess your Application server does not like the wrong time.
