Network problem after rolling back snapshot

Hi guys! I have 2 Windows Server 2016 (App and DB) They have been worked for 2 weeks, but after rolling back snapshots, network of App Server doesn't work properly. DB server could ping App, but App couldn't. Nothing changed in network part. How can I check open vswitch part?

is this snapshot with state (running)? If yes I guess your Application server does not like the wrong time.

Yes, I made it in state "running"
I think you're right. Because after some time VM's started work properly.

After some time, I tried to rollback this 2 servers again. Problem repeated. Changing date and time didn't help. How could I check open vswitch logs?
