I'm installing a VM Guest Firewall appliance (Kerio Control) on proxmox (migrating from VMWare), but I'm facing an issue during all proxmox installation: Network cards do not recognize hardware cable status.
Let me clarify: proxmox doesn't recognize when a cable is connected to an interface or not.
I had 3 cards connected to my Guest:
Inet1 (Internet provider 1), Inet2 (Internet provider 2), vmbr0 (lan).
Inet1 and inet2 are directly connected to ISP router, so when the router goes down, or cable disconects guest firewall recognize it and send traffic to another link.
In VMWare, it works fine, but in proxmox, after I create a bridge do each interface, the interface is always ON, regardless cable connected or not.
