Network Blocking State tap device

Hi,

I have a proxmox installation here with 3 VMs. I do not have any issues with that hoewever I saw these messages (screenshot) while logged on the console.
I already checked the message with the split_lock and as I do not have Performance issues here and only see that maximum 1-2 a week it should be fine.

The other message:

vmbr0: port 3 (tap102i0)

I am not sure about. I did a quick research but did not find anything that helped. I am not sure about this device tap102i0 and where it comes form. Can someone help to identify this?
