need to shutdown twice windows vm

Hello,
Hope this is the right place to post my request...
I'm using proxmox 3.1 on debian 7.7 with 2.6.32-26-pve kernel.

When I shutdown windows vm either from web interface or from command line:
- the first time, after ~1 min, I got timeout error
- the second time, it's work.
I've got the problem on all my windows vm, however on any linux vm the shutdown works directly the first time.

Maybe I forgot some config... Any idea will be welcome.

Windows (depending on the version) does not allow anonymour ACPI shutdown commands.

You just have to configure your windows so that this is allowed (search this forum for more help).

And update your 3.1 host, current version is already 3.4.

I was disturbed because on my second try, the machine shutdown properly...
