Need example of host's fstab and default grub config

If you are running PVE 4.4, please can you post your host's fstab and grub defaults so I can compare with mine?

For future time savings:

Just install the system again in a (Proxmox VE) VM and check for yourself. It's always good to have a Proxmox VE system to play around if you do not have experience.
