When executing Proxmox Mail Gateway native commands, such as pmgcm status, pmgqm status, an error message appears: (failed to get address info for: Temporary failure in name resolution).

If anyone can help me, please.

can you post:

* /etc/hosts

* /etc/network/interfaces

In addition to what @oguz said you should also ensure that you have a working DNS setup (all servers configured in /etc/resolv.conf are reachable and respond to DNS requests (spam-protection needs a running DNS setup otherwise RBL lookups are not working!)

However, I am not having a DNS issue, as settings are correct.
