Actually you will get a laugh at this. I ran into the same problem and found there someone else also had the same issue. It's the NICs' ID that got changed. Everything was increased by one.
For example, enp87s0 became enp88s0, enp89s0 became enp90s0, etc. You'll just have to update the name using:
reboot Proxmox and whola!!
